How much are you worth?

there was a small chicken named Tara,
who was turned into chicken parmigiana,
to the farmers remorse,
she wasnt much of a course,
that silly chicken named Tara.

    To my lovely friend Chris:

    Christopher

Means "bearing Christ", derived from Late Greek Χριστος (Christos) combined with φερω (phero) "to bear, to carry". Christopher was the legendary saint who carried the young Jesus across a river.

I miss you. And it's strange how that happens. When Nik was here he told me so much about what was happening in your life, and hearing about you guys back in Sale made me miss Victoria like I used to miss it; made me wish I still lived there. Nathan messaged and said he missed me and that it's true that you don't miss someone all that much until they're gone. To be cliche just like Nathan was, I have to say that it's so true.

I remember back in year 6 when we used to sit in Megan's back yard, run around and have water fights together. I got so annoyed at you at times because you so often didn't know when enough was enough. One of the things I've always admired about you though is that through everything that has happened in your life, and everything that your family has gone through, you are never depressed or mopey, but instead you always look on the bright side. You are always so persistent in the things that you do.

I remember just after the first time you were diagnosed, you had your new leg and were learning to use it. We had a game of soccer after youth group and you decided to join in. Hehe I will never forget, Glenn got a little excited and tackled you to the ground when the ball came near you. I remember your leg flying through the air and everyone just rushed to your side. Your knee was a little damaged but within a week or so you were up playing soccer again.

Years went past and through everything you remained so strong, so faithful, and so pleasant to be around, even though each day your body was deteriorating.

You bore so much. You were such a great testimony to our church and such a great example of the attitude that so many of us lack. I love you.

I also admire you. I couldn't say I would have the same courage as you have had this past 5 or 6 years.

My prayers are with your family.

I love you and miss you and I'm sorry for all those times when I should have spent more time with you. I regret not telling you all these things before it was too late.

    I miss you

    rest in peace
