    Today is sunday... I got up, got ready for church, then checked tHe bus timetable and realised the first bus got to church an hour late :( so I didn't end up going. Instead I went to lunch with Mom... saw Susu for a bit and ran into Shata and Dave. Then I had a meeting at ANU for volunteering at the Beijing olympics. It was sooo awkward! I walked in and everyone turned around and looked at me. Then I hear (in chinese) "does she speak chinese? she doesn't look chinese"... so i just kind fo ignored it and went into the lecture theatre.... anyhoo... now I'm just chilling at Susu's :)


    sam: hey tara can i have some chocolate?
    tara: yeh sure... why are you asking me?
    sam: i only have one hand because i need to nurse my baby *carries his robot made out of lego*
    *SNAP*
    sam: woops

    susu: sam can u do this for me?
    sam: no i cant do anything until i find my piece of chocolate! where is my chocolate?!
    *piece of chocolate falls out of his sleeve*
    sam: ahh there we go


    Meanwhile Susu's family never ceases to amuse me. what a crazy bunch :P Makes me feel a little on edge sometimes! At the dinner table I overheard:

    Jad: "if you have four buildings here and you drop a bomb in the middle it might get the edges of the buildings but it wont destroy all of the buildings
    Sam: but theres nothing you can do about that, its still better to drop a bomb between four buildings with space between them than four buildings that are really close together.
    Jad but you should drop the bomb in a place where the buildings are really dense so you get more people
    Sam: but the buildings would be tall, and the bomb explodes on impact, so the bomb would explode the minute it hit the top of one of the buildings and not get any people on the ground
    Jad: ahhhh I see.

    ^^ your average Lebanese family's dinner conversation :P I hope not.

    oh and I finally got my new phone!!!! decided on the blue one :)
